Membership Policy:

  • We require a 30-day notice for membership changes; such as cancellation, changes from family to individual, holding an account for some time, or membership migration between the two centers (Plano and DFW).
  • Please note that there won’t be any refund given once membership fees are PAID (All sales are Final).
  • Requests to HOLD your account for a certain period (max. 2 months) can only be made from the 1st of the following month. Please note that there will be a $10 administration fee charged to your account for putting your account on HOLD status.
  • The HOLD period can be extended by submitting the new request, and It will be charged for another $10 (per request) as well.
  • If you decide to CANCEL your membership, please note that the registration fee will be recharged for renewal.
